WHO ARE WE?

ULTEX Russia is an independent market and public opinion research company. Since they have been established in 1993 (by ULTEX International Ltd. from the United Kingdom), ULTEX have promoted in their activities the principle „in Central European area with West European service quality“. They had taken over from their mother company the know-how of more than 25 years of their activities in the British market, which they have applied in the local conditions of Russia and further developed. ULTEX representatives are members of the European Association ESOMAR.

WHAT CAN WE DO FOR YOU?

The ULTEX company offer a full service of market research, beginning with a quantitative research on nation-wide representative samples and ending with qualitative research, be it in the form of focus group discussions (FGD) or of in-depth interviews, from consumer surveys to business-to-business surveys. Because of our full-service orientation, we realise all types of market research projects.

We are able to offer you high quality information about the market, its segments, including trends and future outlooks, which certainly are of considerable importance for your decisions.

HOW DO WE WORK?

In our clients‘ projects we use several research techniques and methods. Our methods are based on interviews conducted by our fully trained interviewers face-to-face in respondents‘ homes or working places, or on telephone interviews or on self-completing questionnaires. Furthermore, we use hall tests (which might be combined with food tasting, testing of packages, draft advertisements testing, testing of TV spots, etc.), studio tests, tests in households, panels of households or panels of retail units, and other methods.

We are ready to offer you a tailor-made research corresponding with your needs. We shall discuss with you your needs and our specialists with long-year experience will be at your disposal to help you to formulate your assignment. We shall help you to apply the findings of the survey conducted for your company so that you can take the maximum advantage of your results. We shall conduct the research from A to Z, from analysis of your problem, over selection of the research method, collection of data in the field, etc., up to evaluation of results, drafting the final report and presentation of findings.

From the point of view of value for money, we offer a lot of regular services based on omnibus principle. The omnibus surveys include questions of several clients and each client only covers a relative part of the research costs. I would like to above all mention UltBus (since 1993) – the regular monthly omnibus survey with nation-wide representative results, MotoBus (1996) – omnibus survey among drivers etc.

In 1996, ULTEX joined the worldwide alliance of market research companies GLOBAL DYNAMICS. This enables ULTEX to use many methods so far not used in the Czech market, e.g. Brand*Manager, Pack*Dynamics, Image*Dynamics or Price*Dynamics, etc.
